As can be seen from the table below, both transmission oil variants are used. Normally, the gearboxes are filled with mineral oil. For example, if the geared motors are used under high loads and strong temperature fluctuations, the use of synthetic oil is often necessary. An individual assessment of the operating conditions is advisable at the latest before putting the geared motor into operation.
