2. Can Ex. motors also be ordered for Zone 22?

The explosion-proof motors Zone 22 are of course part of our range. You will soon be able to order these drives directly from our shop. We currently need your request for this.

To define zone 22:

These are areas in which an explosive atmosphere can only form very rarely and for a short period of time. If conductive dust is present, electric motors with a type approval certificate based on the ATEX directive and with a degree of protection IP6x may be installed in this area. However, in the presence of non-conductive dust, in addition to motors with IP6x protection, motors with IP5x protection and with a manufacturer's declaration of conformity can be installed.
